The United States Census Bureau is a principal agency of the U.S. Federal Statistical System, responsible for producing data about the American people and economy. By registering you help keep track of the number of people in the community/United States. With this information, the government is able to perform many needed services such as creating jobs, providing housing, funding for K-12 public schools, preparing cities for emergencies and more.

Along with public benefits a Census is also responsible for determining how many seats your state gets in congress, building roads, libraries, hospitals etc. All you have to do is register to be counted in the Census. The R.L. Jones Community Outreach Center is one of the locations you can use to register. The Ceusus Bureau is committed to keeping your information confidential, private and secure. By law your information cannot and will not be shared anywhere. It is solely for use by the Census Bureau.

If you need to fill out the form online and don’t have a computer, you can come to Greater Holy Temple Church. Safe distance and practices will be honored 10:00 A.M. – 2:30 P. M. Monday thru Thursday.
